It is very ease of use because you can split the large task into different sub-tasks in a single task. While assigning new tasks you can set the start date and end date as per assigned team members.Also it is very useful to start the discussion between team-members along with screenshots and text.

ProofHub is like having every project management tool ever desired in just one place. I think that having everything on a single platform is very convenient, although it can get confusing sometimes. ProofHub allows me to do multiple things at the same time: share files with coworkers, assign tasks, get daily reports on the progress of the team, and discuss with collaborators on a project for a smooth finish. I use this software all the time, especially when I have to take notes on something, or when I'm in a conference and I need to write anything down; the note-taking tool has a very vivid and colorful UI that I love and keeps me focused.

Kanban boards and Gantt charts are amazingly functional, and I can use the two simultaneously for a better result of the project I'm working on. Another thing that I like is how high productivity tolerance this software has, as it works extremely fast no matter if I'm having a bad internet connection. I mentioned before that it can get confusing at times and it's true. Because it has so many features, I used to get confused about how to use everything; but now that I've learned it and have been using it for a long time, it's not really a problem anymore! We don't particularly like that we have to create "lists" before we can create tasks. That extra layer is not always necessary. It would be nice if this was an option rather than a mandatory step. Wish it had the ability to port the calendar into our Google calendars. We live by G-suite, and it would be helpful if the task due dates could be viewed in our regular calendars. Overall, breaking a large projects into tasks is healthy. These tasks are then divided up, and tracked. The tracking is the key -- according to time, person, and completion. Dislikes include the ease of making the project over-complex. Technology can be easily used to create delay -- for example, if a task is delayed, and then project grinds to a halt. ProofHub is a program that is not only entirely interactive but also is complete. Every single feature that it offers is valuable and does its job well. I especially like the way it lets me organize the tasks and the Gantt charts, by putting in different templates to choose from. I think that this is a software that is an all rounder, because of its simplicity and because it offers forms to work on various projects while discussing easily with clients and my team.
