ProofHub is all in all a reliable tool for our team. It has proven to be robust and it’s safe to say my team will be using it for the years to come. I like that the interface is very easy to get used to. It is also a preferred platform because it allows you to communicate in multiple ways with chat features and team discussion portals and all. While assigning new tasks you can set the start date and end date as per assigned team members.Also it is very useful to start the discussion between team-members along with screenshots and text. ProofHub is like having every project management tool ever desired in just one place. I think that having everything on a single platform is very convenient, although it can get confusing sometimes. ProofHub allows me to do multiple things at the same time: share files with coworkers, assign tasks, get daily reports on the progress of the team, and discuss with collaborators on a project for a smooth finish. I use this software all the time, especially when I have to take notes on something, or when I'm in a conference and I need to write anything down; the note-taking tool has a very vivid and colorful UI that I love and keeps me focused. Kanban boards and Gantt charts are amazingly functional, and I can use the two simultaneously for a better result of the project I'm working on. Another thing that I like is how high productivity tolerance this software has, as it works extremely fast no matter if I'm having a bad internet connection. Because it has so many features, I used to get confused about how to use everything; but now that I've learned it and have been using it for a long time, it's not really a problem anymore! ProofHub is a software that allows me to collaborate with my team without spending a lot of money on it, and that's a reason I keep using it. It has helped me to become more organized and work on my schedules without messing up. This software is very rich in tools so we can always work the way we want to, and calendar features are very solid. We use ProofHub for almost everything regarding project-making, and I'm proud to say that I've seen an improvement in our collaboration skills ever since we started using this program. I love that we can proof and mark-up our assets right in the tool. I also like that we are able to track time inside the portal for specific tasks, not only for the entire project. We don't particularly like that we have to create "lists" before we can create tasks. That extra layer is not always necessary. It would be nice if this was an option rather than a mandatory step. Wish it had the ability to port the calendar into our Google calendars. We live by G-suite, and it would be helpful if the task due dates could be viewed in our regular calendars. ProofHub has helped skyrocket my team’s productivity. We are spending more time doing things than discussing them. As everyone gets a clear view of their tasks, and their deadlines, they can plan and manage their work without any difficulties. It has all the features a modern day team needs to manage its work together. Kanban boards work great for planning your workflow. They have an excellent support team that is quick to respond. We have managed to bring our meeting time to almost half of what it used to be all thanks to online discussions in ProofHub. Whenever I need to discuss something, I quickly create a discussion topic and assign team members to it - it is a life saver. Overall, breaking a large projects into tasks is healthy. These tasks are then divided up, and tracked. The tracking is the key -- according to time, person, and completion. What do you dislike about ProofHub? Dislikes include the ease of making the project over-complex. Technology can be easily used to create delay -- for example, if a task is delayed, and then project grinds to a halt. ProofHub's vast strength is breaking down complexity into simplicity -- but beware it can becomes more complex very quickly. But in terms of benefits, its beauty is as a real time information strange flow system for any kind of project. Equally beneficial is its way of changing the perspective -- to view by task, individual, or comment. It has a steep learning curve, but it is very visually clear, and I enjoyed the sensation of completion of smaller tasks on the journey to complete the big picture. ProofHub is a program that is not only entirely interactive but also is complete. Every single feature that it offers is valuable and does its job well. I especially like the way it lets me organize the tasks and the Gantt charts, by putting in different templates to choose from. I think that this is a software that is an all rounder, because of its simplicity and because it offers forms to work on various projects while discussing easily with clients and my team.
