Being the VP of marketing, I need real-time visibility into campaign timelines, content progress, creative reviews, and team workloads without micromanaging or digging in too deep. The proofing and feedback feature on creatives, in particular, saves us from countless email threads and Slack pings without losing context. Its real-time collaboration features are incredibly valuable when working with designers and freelancers. It's far less intuitive than the desktop version. **What problems is ProofHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** Proof Hub solved a delegation challenge - we have a team of 6 executive leaders who are either collaborating on projects or delegating projects to teams and we were constantly wasting time looking for updates, reminding each other of due dates, hunting for links etc. Now with everyone in ProofHub we cand create all the projects, break them down to subtasks, set timelines and the people doing the work can update their progress by either leaving comments or just picking the percentage that they have accomplished. We also keep all relevant links and other information in the task description or comments which has saved us hours of productivity and efficiency. I like to plan my projects using ProofHub Gantt charts. I can break a project into phases, tasks, and subtasks and visualize the breakup on a Gantt chart. I can set start and due dates, add task assignees and set up estimated budget and time. Setting milestones and task dependencies helps me create a strong project plan.
