ProofClean is photo-proof job software built specifically for commercial cleaning companies — flat $59 CAD/month, unlimited cleaners and locations, no per-seat fees and no app for your cleaners to learn. The hardest part of running a cleaning company isn't the cleaning — it's proving to clients it actually got done. ProofClean closes that gap. The moment your cleaner marks a job complete, your client automatically receives a branded email with timestamped photo proof of the finished work. No more "did your crew actually show up?" emails. How it works: - Create and schedule jobs, and assign them to your cleaners. - Your cleaners open a private link on their phone — no app to download, no login to remember. They see their jobs, snap photos of the finished work, and mark the job complete. - Your client instantly receives a professional, branded email with photo proof. Also included: - Job management and crew dispatch in one place - A live map view of all active jobs, colour-coded by cleaner - Client and multi-location management - Unlimited cleaners and unlimited locations on every plan ProofClean is deliberately focused. It does photo-proof job management for commercial cleaners exceptionally well, without the complexity or per-user pricing of the bigger tools. Flat $59 CAD/month. Cancel anytime. 30-day full money-back guarantee.
