Proofavo is client proofing software that simplifies creative approval workflows. Users can upload images or PDFs and share a single link for client review. Clients can view files, pin comments, and provide feedback without creating accounts or installing apps. The platform generates timestamped approval records in PDF format, documenting client names and file versions,. Delivery tracking shows when proof links are opened and files accessed. Internal team review features allow collaboration before sharing with clients. Proofavo supports JPG, PNG, and multi-page PDFs, with more formats planned. Storage starts at 1GB for free accounts and scales to 100GB for professional plans. Flat-rate pricing excludes per-seat fees, allowing unlimited workspace members, while clients don’t count toward user limits. The free tier supports three active projects and includes approval documentation. Approvals lock to the exact immutable file with a SHA-256 fingerprint.
