Pronto Invoice is a mobile-first invoicing app for small businesses, freelancers, and field service professionals who need to bill clients without learning complex software. Who it's for. One- to three-person businesses with no back office: contractors, electricians, HVAC techs, plumbers, landscapers, painters, cleaners, photographers, designers, and consultants. People who invoice from the truck, between jobs, or at night — usually from their phone. How it works. Every invoice goes through the same five steps: 1. Select client — pick a saved client or add one on the spot 2. Select items — reuse saved products and services or add a one-off line 3. Payment information — choose which payment methods to show 4. Document details — invoice number, due date, notes, terms 5. Review & send — preview the PDF, then send by email or text, share a link, or download That fixed structure is the point. It keeps the app from turning into accounting software. What you can do: • Create invoices, estimates, and receipts • Convert an approved estimate into an invoice in one tap • Send by email or SMS, or share a short link • See when a client has viewed an invoice • Send payment reminders • Record full and partial payments and track outstanding balances • Set up recurring invoices • Attach up to 4 job photos to an invoice • Run more than one business from one account • Make a free invoice in the browser with the online invoice generator What it's not. Not accounting software, not project management, not a CRM. If you need bank reconciliation or payroll, pair it with an accounting tool. Pricing. Free plan, no credit card required. Paid plans are flat-rate monthly or annual. Pronto never takes a percentage of your payments. Built and run by one engineer, self-funded.
