The best part of Promys is the ease of locating needed information. Nothing really... the learning curve to utilize all the capabilities of the system is more than I anticipated, but is only limited by time to invest in learning new aspects of the program. Recommendations to others considering Promys: As with any new product implementation, it's essential that you take the time needed to ensure that people are fully trained and familiar with how processes are different within Promys. What problems is Promys solving and how is that benefiting you? Our manual processes and systems were creating a bottleneck in Procurement. Promys has eliminated much wasted time. Promys is a robust, yet easy to use, solution which provides us the platform we need to better serve our customers and reduce internal inefficiencies that were caused by using multiple systems for quoting, procurement, and scheduling. There are some manual adjustments needed to invoices on the QuickBooks side after integration, but they are far outweighed by the other time saving features of Promys. Management can view the progress of projects through Promys, resulting in fewer interruptions to our project management and purchasing teams. Our customer service staff can track customer assets with ease, including service contracts, warranties, returns, and exchanges.
