We plug into Claude Code during technical assessments and capture the full candidate session: prompts, file diffs, bash commands, token usage. You see how candidates actually think with the tools, how they break down problems, when they push back on the model, how they recover from a wrong turn. The final PR shows you who's competent. The session shows you who's exceptional.
