PromptShift is a B2B AI automation agency that builds custom AI agents to replace manual sales processes with intelligent, scalable systems. Founded by Himanshu Verma — a Shark Tank India alumni — PromptShift works with companies across 24+ industries to automate lead generation, cold email outreach, appointment setting, CRM management, and customer support. We are not a generic marketing agency that added "AI" to the website. Every system we build is custom-trained on your specific business, ICP, and sales process. Our clients typically see 3x more qualified leads, 78% lower cost per appointment, and 2-3 hours per day reclaimed from manual prospecting. Our core services include AI-powered lead generation with intent signal detection, cold email and LinkedIn outreach automation, AI appointment setting with sub-60-second response times, AI voice agents for inbound and outbound calls, AI customer service automation, and CRM workflow optimization. We have delivered results across signage, insurance, e-commerce, video production, hospitality, and financial services. Notable outcomes include 85% email resolution rates for an e-commerce brand, 50+ daily qualified leads for a signage franchise, and fully automated signal-based outreach pipelines for insurance agencies. PromptShift handles everything end-to-end: strategy, build, launch, and ongoing optimization. No internal technical team required. We measure success by meetings booked and deals closed — not automations shipped.
