**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

The system brings together all clinic operations on a single platform, making management much more streamlined. We were able to bring billing back in-house.  The reports generated offer precise data, and I have experienced little to no downtime throughout the workday. Prompt is consistently focused on enhancing the system’s efficiency and accessibility.  Our onboarding specialist, Jami Swedick, was amazing and continues to be a priceless client success manager to us.

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

Additional services are offered at an à la carte price, which limits our operational ability due to the financial challenge. I would prefer if all services were simply included with Prompt membership so we could optimize the robust system in its entirety.

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are working on adjusting the scheduling grid to allow for a 20-minute time interval, as this would better align with our scheduling needs. Additionally, I appreciate the ongoing updates and improvements to the documentation templates, which help to reduce the time required for documentation.

We’d love to see a native CRM built directly into Prompt—complete with Kanban boards for managing the entire intake funnel from lead to eval. Having this level of visibility and workflow tracking inside the EMR would eliminate the need for external tools and create a truly end-to-end operational solution.
A streamlined mobile version designed specifically for quick, on-the-go documentation would be a game-changer for therapists who frequently move between treatment spaces and work in dynamic environments.

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

Intuitive user experience, integrated technology such as the AI sidekick tool, and really effective and responsive support staff. Implementation is really seamless, and their onboarding team has really thought of everything. I use this software daily and I've had a really great experience with this so far. They also have a lot of good partners for integrating features such as faxing, merchant processors, RTM features, and home exercise program softwares.

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

The onboarding process is extremely thorough, and for a small business owner that runs a solo practice, it can be very daunting. Cash-based billing features still need to be developed to make it easier for practices that are not billing insurance. Last thing I would say is that I would love other options to integrate with merchant processors. They only allow for one vendor at this time.

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My operations have been really streamlined with their automations and AI features. Documentation is much easier than it's ever been, and I don't have the same issues with their AI sidekick tool that I used to have with separate softwares that ran in a separate chrome extension. Furthermore, my patients don't need to download an app to view their home programs nor online booking. It's pretty seamless!

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

Everything is streamlined and automated. It made it easy for us to bring billing in-house and do it correctly. I also enjoy many of the integration features. When we first started using Prompt, I wasn't sure it would be worth the cost. Now, I've found that it paid for itself very quickly, and maximized our profits, as all of their integrations do as well. Their customer support is quick and efficient, and always eager to help. We use it for all of our documentation, billing, and reports.

We have been with Prompt for over a year now and I have zero complaints about the program.

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our small physical therapy clinic uses Prompt for every single thing we do. We use it for scheduling, documentation, billing, payments, and reports. Their integrations make my life much easier as the sole practice owner, because I do not have a lot of administrative time since I still see a full caseload of patients. Because we use Prompt, I rarely have to take my work home and I get to spend more time with my family.

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

The transition from our previous EMR to Prompt was incredibly smooth, with the help of our customer success manager!  (We love a checklist and consistent meetings).

The online scheduling and waitlist features have been such a game changer for our practice.  Provider schedules are staying at high capacity and we're continuing to hit great numbers month after month!  Given all the automations the billing has to offer, we also made the decision to bring billing in house.  The combination of an experienced and competent employee and the automation of billing was a "no brainer" for us.  Our biller is able to process ~4k claims/month, while continuing to keep the percentage of closed claims at ~96%.  I also love that I'm able to pull reports on anything and everything I could possibly want to see.  We've integrated reports to both the admin and clinical aspects of the company!  We can pull reports to look into what clinicians are billing, if we're charging and collecting PR at time of service, if clinicians are completing and billing visits in a timely manner, etc. Truly anything and everything our practice could need/want in order to continue to provide high quality care while staying profitable and continue to grow as a business!  I also want to note that if there is anything that we have concerns about or think would be beneficial to other practices, we are encouraged to submit a request.

Not a dislike, but would be more helpful if we could tailor waitlist requests to only be sent to those individuals who have not had an appt in the last 24hrs and do not have an appt scheduled in the next 24hrs.  (Basically wanting to make sure patients are not being seen back to back days).

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

It's tough to list all the positives and benefits of Prompt Health.    The biggest fear for any business owner is change, so when I decided to transition to Prompt last year, we were expecting the worst with delays in reimbursement, staff hating me, the billing team pulling their hair out, etc.  None of this happened!!!  The Prompt transition team we had was awesome.  Jami and her team were with us every step of the way...and continue to be today.   My staff hasn't skipped a beat, and the billing and AR are better than ever expected.    The AI integrations the Prompt has brought on have reduced documentation time dramatically, and the Prompt team is constantly bringing on more features.  The only thing I question every day is why I didn't switch to Prompt sooner!!

There hasn't been anything significant so far. They seem very responsive with any concerns and issues. Our rep is Chase and he has been informative and available anytime that we have questions or concerns.

Prompt has made documentation much easier with all of the AI integration features. They are working to better integrate AI for Compliance features as well which is one area where they might be less than some of the other systems that I've used previously. The RCM platform isn't the best in the market but Prompt has actively listened to customers and has been updating the RCM system over the past 13 months.  Significantly improved and their road map for RCM should get it to where it needs to be in 2026

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

Prompt's team is wonderful and is always there to help.  Beyond the onboarding, the support has been phenominal.  Always have a response same day and eager to follow up and make sure everything worked out.  The ability for all departments to be on one software and everything work together saves us so much time.  Prompt is changing and adding new features that help free up everybody's time.  Their training and knowledge base are filled with detailed descriptions.  I have done many software implementations over the years, and Prompt hands down had our staff trained and ready to go day one.

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

Currently the manually entering in insurance payments is a little daunting.  I understand it, but there has got to be a better way to do it.  I don't have too many that I have to do, but it does take longer than it should.

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having the billing side and the clinic side work together.  Patient's balances are available right away, instead of waiting for billing to update the clinic side with the information.  The AI with the notes has been a game changer for our clinic.  Either having it record your visit or dictate to it later allows the providers the ability to get notes done faster which in turns helps the clinic get paid faster.

One of the few downsides we've encountered is the occasional platform outages, which, to be fair, is not uncommon for web-based EMR systems. While these outages can sometimes be inconvenient, what really stands out is how quickly Prompt's engineering team jumps on resolving the issue. In our experience, access to the platform has always been restored within the same day, minimizing any major disruptions to our workflow. Additionally, their customer support team is highly responsive and provides timely updates during these outages, which is greatly appreciated.

Prompt Therapy really nails the end to end billing process. I have used other EMR systems that are clunky, hard to navigate, and hard to determine WHAT is happening at any given time with a claim. One of my favorite things is the ability to send paperwork to patients prior to their first session; it helps the therapists and the front desk, plus the patient is happy they can jump straight into their session once they arrive. The billing module is great and very concise and easy to use, even as a first time user. The waitlist is also a great feature, having a list of names pop up as soon as there is a cancellation helps keep our schedule full.

When scheduling multiple appointments for either a patient or "other/personal" block, I don't like that once it's been set, each appointment can only be edited individually as opposed to as a whole.

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping solve the chaos of the office. Instead of taking time booking each patient in person, we're able to send booking links straight to them via text and they can schedule out for weeks. Instead of having a new patient come in an handing them a 10 sheet packet of paperwork, they're able to fill it out on their phones or computers beforehand. Less stress upon arrival, plus the admins and therapists are fully informed on the patient and case.

Prompt really has the solutions for all of your EMR woes.   I felt so comfortable with the implementation because they sent me an extremely thorough outline with deadlines and clear instructions. Everyone on the team gets extensive training with the best training videos of all time! The product itself is so sleek and responsive and they have really thought of every single thing you need to run an efficient practice, from the front desk to the therapist to the biller. No longer do I have to suffer by moving from one software to another, everything is contained in one mighty ecosystem. This saves so much time and effort when you're in your system all day, every day.  

But the number one best feature is absolutely their customer service.  Every single person on their team really cares about making sure that you have a good experience and that the product is working for you. When we were doing our implementation and our onboarding, Nolan was absolutely instrumental in making sure that that we were set up for success. We brought billing in house for the first time and Justin empowered us with all of the knowledge to run this part of our business with clarity and efficiency but also really took time to learn and  understand our policies and practices so that we could tailor our Prompt experience to what truly works for us.  Even though I know Justin has lots of clients and responsibilities he will make sure that you feel like you are his priority and find that solution for you, no matter how tiny your issue is in the grand scope of things.

Our collection rate has improved so much in such a short time. If I have any issues at all I know I can get an answer so quickly and they will make sure everything is resolved in a timely fashion AND with good humor and kindness.  Our clients love all of the new features that are constantly being rolled out, and I know if I have an idea someone on the Prompt team will listen to me and try to make it happen. Prompt integrates with so many products that it really makes our lives as a practice so much easier. I'm so thankful every day that we made the switch.

It's so niche but I wish that there was more contrast in the green for the paid claims in billing. Also I wish the dashboard for reporting had some more data up front as opposed to always having to drive into an excel doc, but that's just me being lazy.  Also Prompt is a little more expensive but honestly it's worth it!

Prompt is solving the issues that we had with our last EMR being clunky and unreliable; if there's an outage it's almost always resolved within 15 minutes, as opposed to our last platform where it would be out for hours at a time. What I like best about Prompt is the ongoing growing. Prompt continues to do updates in their system, to make it as easy as possible to grow with the system, as things are always changing. Prompt continues to change and provide videos on how to keep up with the industry. This also allows for a sense of ease for customers like myself, that they are keeping up with the industry.

Unfortunately, with a positive, there is a negative. With the industry always changing and Prompt keeping up with these changes, there are many videos with updates. The videos can become tedious but without these videos, we wouldn't know how to utilize the system to its full potential. So with that being said, it's still a positive. 

Also, it would be extremely helpful if there was a calculator that automatically showed the difference, when making payments to differen't DOS, when collecting payments.

I love the ease of use. The user interface and features allow for a very forgiving system and one that makes all admin/clinic process more efficient/effective. It has live reports and creates a kind of transparency that no other EMR possess. To be honest it is difficult to find someting I truly "dislike". I think there are some features I would like to see put in place, however, Prompt is always adapting and I know many of those features are coming shortly down the road.

It solved just about all problems that existed. Mainly on our billing side of operations as well as administration. It does this for all of our consulting clients as well. We love how streamline and transparent Prompt is from Intake all the way through a case to Billing and Closing out a visit. The online intake forms are easy and useful and have created efficiencies when starting new cases and evals. Writing notes is quicker and easier for our therapists. The integrated billing has been a game changer, it is extremely easy to submit claims and then get clear responses and take action to collect patient balances or troubleshoot any claim issues. Prompt has saved us time and made us more revenue almost immediately upon switching. The customer support is exceptional, they are extremely responsive and helpful.

We have found very few negatives with this platform.

They are constantly adding more features and integrations. I primarily use it on the administration side, i do not have a background or history using Healthcare softwares. Super intuitive UI and customer support is excellent and fast!

If you lean into prompt and grow into the tool you will be developing a tech forward practice and your team and patients will love you for it.

Nothing bad at this time. If i had to be critical  there are alot of short cuts you can learn to get the same pages & info, hard to keep track of them. 

I wish it had a way to keep track of MD's and marketing touch points on them but that is more of a CRM feature.

The tool is so good, one admin can handle the work of two. Working with outsourced billers is easy with all the features  for collaboration.

I love the payment system best in Prompt! It takes the guess work out of owed payments and makes transactions smooth and fool proof. I love that patients see their balances on the kiosk and typically pay them right at the time they notice the balance! This takes the awkwardness out of the conversations the front desk have on a daily basis. Overall I have been extremely happy with the transition to Prompt from WebPT once we got though the growing pains. I am grateful for the team at Prompt as they have also been so helpful throughout!

These are all minor issues and they do not change my mind of Prompt being a fantastic addition to our company. Authorizations can be a little rough especially when claims attach to the wrong authorization and create eligibility concerns. I believe our offices will find a work around for this issue.  Aside from that, not being able to do FLR surveys post check in can be difficult to navigate especially if they pre-check in. Last issue is the way that the files are split when doing PT and OT. It is hard to differentiate the daily notes and re-evals while in the files. 
Otherwise EVERYTHING IS GREAT AND I AM SO HAPPY WE SWITCHED!

The software is great and getting better with frequent updates to quality of life features. What makes Prompt exceptional is the team behind it. Transitioning between EMRs is never easy, but ours was well informed and prepared becasue the the support we got from our dedicated onboarding coaches. We not only transitioned EMR's, but we had also taken the oppertunity to bring billing back in house. Prompt's dedicated billing transition team helped us make this as smooth as possible.

Prompt is continually updating features, which requires a bit of catch up and review every month or so. It sometimes takes a few updates for the content to get integrated into the standard Prompt U modules.

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

customer service is second to none. They respond to emails very fast! After the initial transition, all note writing is now much faster.

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

It does get pricey when you do some of the add ons such as Plus, Kiosk, etc.

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More efficient and easier billing integration, compared to WebPT. They also have very helpful features that allow us to try to fill empty appointment slots.

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

Prompt is the EMR tools which every biller dreamt off. This EMR is very user-friendly and easy to understand. It makes our work so much easier.

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

So far prompt is very useful and has been a wonderful companion in by billing work.

Prompt has been wonderful and it benefits a lot when it comes to easy billing and tracking of EOB

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

The best thing about Prompt is their support team. Not only will they help you trouble shoot issued in a timely manner they listen what can be improved.  They are constantly updated and expanding the platform

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

I have worked in the platform for over a year. The issues that I had with it when I first aren't an issue anymore.   They listen and constantly make enhancements.

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

The interface is extremely easy to navigate. Prompt Support is efficient and informative. The videos in Prompt University have been very helpful when onboarding and implementing new clinics and staff members.

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

We seem to continuously have issues after Prompt updates are implemented which can be frustrating.

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The interface for posting payments is very straightforward and easy to understand. Having the ability to tag and comment on claims has been an invaluable resource for payment posting and tracking. Being able to fax correspondence within Prompt rather than an outside system is very helpful and convenient.

I would enjoy it more if it offered clinics the ability to check eligibility in the software

Prompt is great to cut down on the paper aspect of billing. allowing the Insurance ERAs to drop right in for easy posting and follow up.

Prompt is the easiest EMR I have ever used.

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

The thing I dislike the most is the amount of updates that are performed because we know that with an update, Prompt will 9/10 have an outage shortly after.

I'm not sure that this question applies to me as an individual.

Although the transition was not easy, we have all been very happy with the move from our old EMR to Prompt!

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

Not too much.  The reporting is very robust.  Sometimes a bit overwhelming but if you can't find a report that they have, I would be shocked!

Speed and efficiencies in all facets of our company from billing, scheduling and documentation

What I like most about Prompt is that,  it's easy to use and runs smoothly.

I do dislike the task section, I wish we had the ability to tag someone and  comment.

Prompt is working on the Billing Enhancements, and it can help with the turnround time with the claims.
