## About Promoter
Historically, project finance models use spreadsheets to analyse the projected cash flows on a project. The use of spreadsheets is fraught with dangers which are well recorded in a variety of publications.

**What do you like best about Promoter?**

I love to see the keywords that are used most often in the feedback we are getting from customers. The ability to run reports for feedback and schedule surveys to be sent at a future date is really useful. I like to see what our NPS is year-over-year, too.

**What do you dislike about Promoter?**

One thing that could improve is the downloading of the feedback. If you have to download thousands of them, you have to split it up into smaller increments and then combine the spreadsheets together. Something could be done to fix that.

If you want honest feedback from your customers to better your business and get real insights, give Promoter a try!

**What problems is Promoter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are making our website more user-friendly based off of customer feedback. We are understanding what we are getting right and how we might improve our processes.
