Before we started to work with PromoRepublic, we have tried many alternatives (Buffer and Sprout Social, for instance).

With PromoRepublic, we have reduced Social Media Marketing costs per month and achieved our monthly goals quicker.

The features we were really wondered about were cross-media analytics. It is very clear and detailed enough to make decisions on further promotion through social media.

I picked up Promo Repbublic off an AppSumo deal and It's perfect for me needs. I was looking for a scheduling software for my social media posts and it does that and also allows me to repeat them as often as I want as far out as I want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using PR for close to a year now. I felt it was time I give them a review they deserve. They continuously go the extra mile for me, and I should at least create this account and take the time to report on them. It is not often you get great support from software companies in today's world. It seems you send a question. A few days later, you get an answer that does not even come close to answering your question, so you are back in the cycle again. With PR, I have been working with Marina. She is fantastic. She will get back to me with confirmations, schedule calls to work with me directly, follow up with me when updates address my past concerns... I am amazed. I love everything about this, it makes my posting life SO much easier, as I have 2 full time jobs and also run my studio, time is precious to me, they give me ideas to make great looking posts to keep my studio business always in the eyes of my followers. Shortly after using the tool, my team members started reporting errors they were receiving about the Facebook accounts not being connected. Whenever I tried, I could not replicate the issue. My guess is because I'm an admin of that specific FB page and they weren't? I even gave them my direct login to try and they still received the same error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are so many things to like about this system. I'll list them below:

Custom graphics editor with great templates, ready-made graphics, thousands of CC0 Images to use. It even resizes to specific social media including Facebook covers and ads. You can also save the images to use again and again.

A calendar to manage several different accounts at once. Choose time to share and even set recurrences.

You can manage several social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram, and Pinterest.

Statistics help you to follow some of your engagement (though not every social media supports it).

Though I haven't used the function yet, you can boost Facebook posts in the system. While we haven't leveraged it yet, I am excited about the prospect.

Hundreds of Pre-Made memes and what they call "Post Ideas." If you don't know how to use your social media, this can really help. They even have animated graphics.

There is a part of the program called "Workforce" that allows you to share a workspace with other employees. If you have a team of more than one marketing person, you'll most likely find this extremely helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a couple of things that could be improved, though I don't have a benchmark to know their feasibility.

First, you can only have 1 Twitter account posting at a time. That creates an extra step to manage setting up accounts.

Additionally, image-based social media must be done separately from the more text-friendly ones. This can be frustrating as there are times when you want words on the image and times you want words in the post.

Also, the image editor is nice, but not quite powerful enough to make strong edits. Just crop and re-arrange. It's still great, but with a more powerful editor, the program would be almost perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
