What do you dislike about PromoRepublic?

I would like more control over my users. I really need to be able to easily remove them from all workspaces at one time. Additionally, selecting approval requirements for specific users is super helpful without having to have a white label. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I found PromoRepublic by accident but it was a great surprise. I will tell you that my Customer Success Manager is the greatest feature of PromoRepublic. Having her has been a huge difference-maker. You will not get this with other programs! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PromoRepublic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Allows us to schedule all the necessary programs, engage clients in the process, and keep it all in one place. I was using another program and reached the limit of my plan forcing me into a custom plan. It was at that time that I chose to explore other options and accidentally came upon PromoRepublic. What do you like best about PromoRepublic?

After trying to resolve my tech questions via email I was not able to figure out how to resolve the glitches I was having for my social media marketing set up. Anastasia then offer tech support via Zoom for my doterra Promorepublic marketing system. Anastasia was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. After my unsuccessfully trying to figure out connecting my social media accounts to the system she was able to guide me through the process in a few minutes. What do you like best about PromoRepublic?

The tool itself would be fine but Promo republic staff (mainly management) does not care about its users. Especially early adopters. Beware of it as this company is untrusted! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The problem is with the company. They have changed their pricing plans and left all AppSumo early adopters behind. Basically, our plans become abandoned. They do not care about their users. They just took the money and left us behind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We wanted to use the Promo Republic for managing our social accounts with its calendar and schedule feature. The problem is they have updated their pricing plans and most of the features like 95% have been developed into those new plans.
