I'd bought a lifetime subscription to the app a while back, and was having difficulty accessing my account as I didn't know which account on Facebook I'd used. Zoe was an amazing customer service rep and helped me get back into the app so I'm able to move forward with using the app more often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Right now, I don't have any downsides, as I'm just setting things up. I just happen to prize customer service over just about anything an app has to offer. I"ll update if I change my mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
