**What do you like best about Promomash?**

The team at Promomash is a pleasure to work with. They are quick to respond to any questions, and their expertise is evident in the way they explain everything clearly and concisely.

Navigating their portal is straightforward, and it offers a wide range of options to help you find any data you need.

From the very start of implementing the system, they supported us at every stage, holding weekly meetings to address any issues or questions that arose.

The data is updated in real time, allowing us to access specific information whenever we need it.

This team delivers a level of service that would otherwise require a large number of full-time employees, ultimately saving us both time and money.

**What do you dislike about Promomash?**

Honestly, I can't find anything to criticize. We are extremely satisfied with every aspect.

**What problems is Promomash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Promomash gathers backup documentation and reviews it, then determines whether to validate or dispute the deductions that customers make when submitting their payments. In addition, they offer reporting capabilities that enable us to accurately code and record these deductions in our software system, ensuring our financial records remain precise.

**What do you like best about Promomash?**

Moving away from umpteen rows and columns in reports to visual summaries within a single platform has removed the manipulation of data within Excel documents to provide a single source of truth for Sales People and an easier reference point for Finance in reviewing BvA.

**What do you dislike about Promomash?**

There is no real SandBox to test in so everything is done in the live environment.  If I'm testing items that have large impacts on data reporting, it's visible to all users as live data and if I'm not carefully documenting that testing and forget to revert back, data will stay in that new state.

**What problems is Promomash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All data lives in "one" place so identifying errors, implementing the fix and seeing instant results has saved hours and hours of my time daily/weekly as I'm not having to jump between 2 systems and multiple spreadsheets to try and chase solutions to the light.

I have had the opportunity see the tool launch with our company and candidly it's a pretty powerful tool, especially for CPG brands that run trade promotions, field marketing, in-store events, and need to manage deductions at a small shop or even massive scale companies!  A few of upsides builds out End to End Promo Management, Visibility with Deductions and Chargeback visibility is incredible all in real time with strong analytics that provides you with granularity in the platform you will source to validate trade, daily!  Accountability and workflow supported by terrific customer service best in class!  Yuval and his team will lead you on a journey that provides you with the training, scalability and the control to drive growth!  Great line by Yuval that I love: Stop performing success, LIVE IT! Get your promo trade details inline as you prep for integration into the system!  There is some learning to be done, however the upfront work will benefit the process which was a key learning with launch!  Our team continues to learn, weekly and you have the visibility with your business like you never had!

I like how attentive and proactive our team is and how much of a perfectionist our team members are to ensure we have accurate data and no invalid deductions are slipping through the cracks.

I think some things with integration can still be improved in terms of obtaining copies of invoices and payments, as sometimes there are glitches.

Promomash has become an essential tool for keeping our trade spend organized, accurate, and easy to track. The system gives us visibility into promotions across all accounts, which helps prevent overspend and ensures deductions are validated quickly. I really appreciate how everything is centralized; contracts, promo details, invoices, approvals, so our team has one source of truth. Our account team is also responsive and genuinely helpful.

**What do you dislike about Promomash?**

The reporting features are solid, though I wish they offered more customization options. However, these are relatively minor concerns when weighed against the overall value Promomash delivers.

**What problems is Promomash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Promomash has helped us bring much-needed structure and accountability to our trade spend. Previously, our promotional planning was scattered across spreadsheets, emails, and individual sales team notes, making it challenging to track commitments, manage budgets, or compare planned versus actual outcomes. With Promomash, all promotion details, timelines, and spending are centralized, allowing us to easily see what has been approved, what is still pending, and how each promotion is performing. This has led to better alignment between our sales and finance teams. Overall, Promomash has given us significantly greater control over our trade dollars and made our promotional planning process much more data-driven.

The only thing that was tough to learn is meshing the languages for my company and Promomash but once you figure that out everything seems to get easier.

 There are various reports, however they don't always give the information we are looking for. However, Promomash will work with you to improve those reports to the state your company needs.

I like that everyone is very communicative. The implementation process wasn't too bad, and the website is pretty simple to navigate.

There isn't much that I dislike. Maybe just that sometimes I feel like my forwarded emails containing deduction backup get lost in translation and I later have to go back and resend.

Promomash is entering and organizing our deductions which benefits me because I used to have to enter everything manually and now get to save time on that.

What I appreciate most about Promomash is their outstanding customer service. They provide a dedicated account manager who is always accessible and responds quickly to any requests or questions we have.

One thing I think could make Promomash even stronger is if they were more proactive about scheduling a monthly check-in. Regular reviews of deductions and performance could help us stay ahead of issues and make the platform even more successful for us.

**What do you like best about Promomash?**

The most obvious advantage that Promomash has is the team that works there.  We have had nothing but great experiences with everyone we've worked with, ranging from IT, to our Deductions team and our Promotional support.  They have a wealth of knowledge which has been a huge asset for a mid-sized brand such as ourselves.  Moving from managing our promotions on Excel to Promomash has been a total night and day change of our day to day operations.  We are able to simply send an email to them capturing the promotion and it gets added into our promotional/ deduction sheet and is ready to go.  Finding a trade rate, or an individual promtion is no longer a huge chore to track down and it makes a fantastic repository for all our documents, invoices, deductions, etc.  On the dispute side, it has saved our team a full day of work per week, not having to file disputes and the disputes that Promomash has filed for us has resulted in an incredible success rate. It has been a big hit so far for us internally and we are looking forward to what innovation Promomash will continue to provide in the platform moving forward!

**What do you dislike about Promomash?**

The only downsides I can think of is that they are still expanding and it does feel like we could use some more hands on deck.  It is such a great tool that it's understandable they are growing, so at times it does feel like they could stand to grow more personnel-wise.  That being said, the account managers we have are diligent and timely and are always available to answer questions through Slack channel.  There are some features to the tool that would be "nice-to-have" but doesn't necessarily solve anything major on a daily basis.  The pros outweigh the few cons there are

**What problems is Promomash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The time spent on managing our entire promotional calendar for all of our retailers was no longer feasible as we continued to grow.  Managing files on Excel and using rough estimates for base volumes was basically putting us in a "reactive" mindset vs. "proactive."  We could never get ahead of things until the end of the year and really had no visibility into how our budget was progressing.  Now, we have all of our deductions in one place, our promotional calendars are assigned to their respective retailers & our projections on promotions are much more accurate, thanks to how they utilize our data from Spins to project base & incremental volumes.  We have a much more accurate trade rate to work from and now we can understand if we can actually afford that promo in Q3/ Q4 or if we are pushing past our point of comfort.  If you are utilizing Excel to manage your promotions, it will totally change how you operate for the better.

Promomash is the perfect solution for us to track trade spend, plan accounts, and manage deductions with limited internal bandwidth.  Implementation was fast and effective and we are up and running.  What gets measured gets managed, so if you are using a clunky system or internal spreadsheets, this will be a gamechanger for you.

**What do you dislike about Promomash?**

We really haven't had any hiccups since we started.  The team is super responsive and if they need to build custom functionality they do it without complaint.  They clearly want to help us succeed.

Moving us from offline trackers and spreadsheets to a one-stop shop for all things trade spend related from budgeting and planning all the way through to deductions and disputing.

**What do you like best about Promomash?**

Needed promomash to fill in a role at work to discet and calculate separate deductions of customers such as Kehe and UNFI. I like that once they understand what we need they are able to code deductions to our liking. It kind of take a little getting use to navigate the website, but once you do it is a great platform that stores your deductions. I know I can always rely on Jessie to get what we need whether an update on disputes or reporting need updates.

**What do you dislike about Promomash?**

To get started with Promomash it does take a while to get the coding correct and the deductions loaded to the right place. Sometimes things also get disconnected.

**What problems is Promomash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Promomash is helping solve our Accounting team needs by providing a third party to sort the many deductions distributors take and get it entered into quickbooks accurately and timely. This helps the flow of our month close by getting the daily remits entered on a timely basis and helps us reconcile our accounts with our lender on a weekly basis as well.

**What do you like best about Promomash?**

Promomash has been a huge value add to our company in terms of deductions management. We used to spend 15-20 hours or more each month just trying to make sense of deductions (i.e. not counting any time to dispute them, etc.). And the process was still not robust. Enter Promomash. The combination of their team + portal means that we now spend only about 1-2 hours tops, most of which is strategic (i.e. gleaning insights from Promomash's reports and tools). They've really made it quite simple for us, from deductions classification to disputing incorrect deductions, they do it all, saving us hours of valuable time to focus on much more strategic initiatives.

**What do you dislike about Promomash?**

No real downsides per se; we are quite happy with the support. It would be good to see them start to incorporate AI automation to streamline things further, and lower costs for smaller brands.

Promomash saves us several hours per month to focus on more strategic initiatives, while handling all the tactical aspects of deduction management.

With all the new tech and software out there, this platform really stands out. It is a very valuable tool and software for us. It has made our promotional planning better every year and has saved us a lot of time because it clears our deductions as well. Customer service is top notch.

The thing I like most about Promomash is the level of support we receive. As a CPG business with large amounts of complexity, this product has helped us tremendously understand our trade spend and manage deductions. There have been numerous times where deductions were taken inappropriately, and the Promomash team has quickly identified and resolved with our team members. I wish that there were more training resources available. I think a quick way to resolve common issues would be if Promomash could provide a knowledge base or quick resources. Promomash has so many options for Brand Ambassador scheduling needs. They have made the platform extremely easy to use. They respond promptly with a thorough explanation or a video call to answer any questions. They listen to your needs, and the platform enables you to make your time more efficient.

I haven't experienced a downside to Promomash. Whenever I think I cannot do something, I ask the support team, and they show me that the platform already does that function. They proceed to teach me how to utilize it more effectively every month.

PM is one of the most user-friendly promo databases I have used over my 5 years of experiential work. I like that recaps are easy for staff to complete and generally easy to access for reporting.

Payroll is not as smooth as I would like. I do not like waiting on staff to accept their role in the system so they can  be paid. It's frustrating pestering staff nonstop. If we have their information on file, I feel that accepting a campaign is sufficient enough for them to accept. An override for management would be appreciated.

**What problems is Promomash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is much easier to pull reporting as compared to BookedOut, for example. Reports download quickly and do not have issues saving from the web view to excel.  It makes my workflow much faster.

I haven't run into many issues or dislikes with the platform yet. I do wish that it would send an email to all Brand Ambassadors once a shift was open for bid/available. Sometimes in this industry, Brand Ambassadors are dealing with so many agencies/platforms that they don't always remember to log in, unless it is the only company they are working with.

Support is second to none... the Promomash team really understood us and the problems we faced. The platform is incredibly easy to set up and required very little from our team during onboarding. We had our entire promotional plan up within a few weeks and immediately saw the analysis. It was eye-opening to see our actual lift the day after our promos. The Crisp data that shows up daily is a game changer. We can get WFM register data and UNFI shipment data for a single promotion or rolled up for WFM as a retailer without any effort... it just shows up. The other thing I love is how knowledgeable the deduction team is at Promomash. They are a godsend for us because they manage the entire deduction process for our team. We didn't have the staff to code deduction well and were missing key information that we can see on the Promomash platform. Finally, the data dashboards are the best and most thorough I ever saw in my career.

**What do you dislike about Promomash?**

We took a little longer to onboard than expected, but it was partially our fault too because we weren't always available to provide the data quickly. They are working on improving their forecasting abilities, but otherwise, Promomash has the most complete solution and platform I've seen to date.

They are helping us manage our merchandising and demos in-store. They also helped us move away from all our sales and promo spreadsheets and now our entire promo plan and calendar are easily visible to the team. Finally, they are managing our entire deductions. The team is coding, validating, and disputing on our behalf (our bookkeeper is very happy). We appreciate all the extra data.

**What do you like best about Promomash?**

I think the Promomash platform is nicely designed and comprehensive. It is everything you need to successfully run a demo program and it helps maintain transparency and accountability among the team. I appreciate the automatic emails and confirmations that the brand ambassadors get. Additionally, the administrative team is notified immediately if there is a delay in a brand ambassador accepting the demo or if it is not progressing appropriately along the set timeline. When you have a large team of brand ambassadors, it's difficult to hold every one of them accountable on your own. Promomash has your back and will keep your program and team moving forward.

**What do you dislike about Promomash?**

One of the great things about Promomash is how comprehensive it is. Sometimes I wish I could pull simplified analytic reports or even the raw data.  Also, if the reports had dates listed inside, it would prevent confusion among the team and when sending to others within the company.  For future development, automatic summaries emailed 1x per week would be a nice feature. This addition would keep the entire company (or those subscribed to the notification) aware of program details thus increasing the accountability and transparency between departments.

Our company started using Promomash because we needed help with our entire demo program. We were using an array of websites and platforms (webforms, google sheets, Excel, etc.). Promomash helps our company keep an updated calendar of events, demos, and merchandising activities. Additionally, the platform assists with communication with the brand ambassadors. Finally, Promomash helps with our entire invoicing and payment process. In the past, this took our team so many hours to organize and we wasted time and energy doing so. We have been able to use Promomash to streamline our entire field marketing and demo program!

The interface is very intuitive and easy to use. Everything we need and use for our team is integrated in this all-in-one tool making it simple and efficient for our business needs. There are a decent amount of ways we're able to customize to what we need.

It can be glitchy at times and will freeze on your phone. It sometimes takes a while to load on desktop as well. The mileage expense can sometimes freeze and get glitchy.

Very easy to use and straight-forward. It doesn't take much to train your team, you just need to be patient for pages to load the more activities you enter!

EL ROAD  has been using  Promomash for years!  Our #1 priority is our Brand Ambassadors, "Roadies." We wanted to make sure the focus at the demo was on sales, and not filling out reports. Promomash has made the reporting system so easy and quick. Each Roadie can see their entire schedule, what money is owed to them, and it takes them about 10 minutes to complete a report.

For our clients, customer service is what we take pride in. Each client has access to the EL ROAD schedule, a detailed report, along with analytics, and a folder with all the photos from the events! There is even a separate folder for all the expenses. 


Oh, and... running payroll and invoicing has never been easier! 

If you want a little bit of your life back, this is the way to go! There is so much value in Promomash, just with their customer service, alone!

As with all software, there is always room for growth! Promomash is a step ahead of all the other similar competing companies making changes daily to help their clients succeed. Actually, competing isn't the best word, as they are all trying to catch up to Promomash!
