PromoLink is promotional products software that connects distributors, decorators and suppliers on one platform, from product search and client presentation to orders, supplier purchase orders and invoice reconciliation. It removes re-typing between steps, so data stays consistent and the margin on every order is visible. Distributors and decorators can start with a single module and add more as they grow. Every module connects to the others: - Supplier Index: search 150+ supplier catalogs with live pricing and inventory over PromoStandards - ShowCase: branded client presentations with quotes, artwork collection and approvals - Sales Order: guided order entry, fulfillment and decoration routing, custom statuses - Purchase Order: automatic supplier POs via PromoStandards or PDF/email, with acknowledgment and shipment tracking - Storefront: branded company and pop-up stores with integrated checkout and Product Manager - AI PDF Reader: turns incoming PDF purchase orders into sales orders, set up around the formats you receive Enterprise Suites (Sales Team Suite, Storefront Suite) bring the full workflow onto one system with visual logistics, GPM tracking, reconciliation, a dedicated account manager and priority SLA support. For suppliers, Supplier Product Manager publishes product data on PromoStandards endpoints without an ERP, the EPO Package receives and validates electronic orders, and SAGE Integration keeps product data and inventory in sync with SAGE.
