**What do you like best about Prommt?**

It's very easy to use and customers love the security it offers versus a traditional phone sale. There is little to no training required and so staff were immediately able to use. The payment notifications are instant also and can review all pending requests online.

**What do you dislike about Prommt?**

At present does not link clover receipts to sale.

**What problems is Prommt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Offers a secure and safe alternative to phone sales. Our trade customers in particular like it as it saves time as rather than them having to find them to call us and give card details, we can just send a payment link via text which they can quickly pay through and we receive notification as soon as paid. Also allows customers pay over the phone and collect in store which was not previously available with phone sales due to fraud risks.
