NMLS Test for SAFE MLO Licensing

**What do you like best about Prometric?**

Nothing. This was the most buggy, glitchy technology service that I have ever been directed to use on purpose.

**What do you dislike about Prometric?**

Everything! Customer service was abysmal. It seems like they outsource everything to foreign countries to random civilians that have no knowledge of the test that they’re administrating or the way the software works. I can’t believe that there are reputable federal associations that are utilizing the stool to administer tests. It’s a joke.

**What problems is Prometric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None. Was required by NMLS to use the service. It’s a monopoly basically.

Easy and organized way to schedule testing, including location and times. Also convenient to reschedule. 

**What do you dislike about Prometric?**

I have not encountered anything I disliked

Scheduling testing at different locations and times.
