**What do you like best about ProMax Unlimited?**

What's NOT to like about ProMax? Easy to navigate, easy to use, helps keep customer/lead info organized.

**What do you dislike about ProMax Unlimited?**

The only thing that I dislike is that I can't use ProMax on any other web browser other than Internet Explorer.  My preferred browser is Chrome. 

**What problems is ProMax Unlimited solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to follow up efficiently and keep better track of my customers.  ProMax has helped increase my sales tremendously by allowing me to be more organized.  I am able to reach out to unsold customers and consistently follow up with sold customers.

**What do you like best about ProMax Unlimited?**

Promax is very user friendly and almost anyone with basic computer knowledge can use it.

**What do you dislike about ProMax Unlimited?**

Wish it was a bit faster than it is right now. Sometimes the updates make it act up.

**Recommendations to others considering ProMax Unlimited:**

Just click every button until you find out where everything is located. Its really easy to use you just have to get used to the program.

**What problems is ProMax Unlimited solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can find customers easy simply by searching their first, last on phone number!

Doesn’t automatically merge all prospects with same info

I love that our entire dealership can use this tool to keep notes on customers and update customer information

**What do you dislike about ProMax Unlimited?**

The system doesn't track results on a granular level. Some reports are hard to use and understand

**What problems is ProMax Unlimited solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of how many times a customer has been contacted and what was said is a huge help and this tool allows you to also track your follow up process
