You load all owners properties under one owner therefore all their money is under one ledger. Their statements are easy to read. Posting anything whether it be rent, invoices is very easy. Recommendations to others considering Promas: I would recommend this product us d it for 12 years really liked it for what it did. However not the most updated program.
