**What do you like best about Promas?**

The ease of using the program both accounting and property management side. You load all owners properties under one owner therefore all their money is under one ledger. Their statements are easy to read. Posting anything whether it be rent, invoices is very easy.

**What do you dislike about Promas?**

Not an online program no portal access for owner nor tenant cannot post pictures or upload inspections

**Recommendations to others considering Promas:**

I would recommend this product us d it for 12 years really liked it for what it did. However not the most updated program.

**What problems is Promas solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Very easy and user friendly . Easy to cut checks, 1099s are super easy to print. You are able to access owner money and move it around if need be. Not a property based program.
