    What do you like best?

    We love that CRUSH is native in Salesforce, allowing us to easily customize to fit our needs and seamlessly integrate with other objects, workflow, and reporting. Prolifiq also provided outstanding support and follow through during our evaluation and implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    What do you dislike?

    Nothing at this time. However, I highly recommend putting in the work up front to determine how best to utilize CRUSH in your organization and clearly outline expectations to your team then monitor usage.     What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

    Prior to CRUSH, our account planning was tracked in documents outside of Salesforce. CRUSH has provided management with more visibility into progress toward plan completion, impact on pipeline, and allows our sales team to work within Salesforce (where they live all day) which improves adoption.
