This may be a current-state issue solved in a future release, but the ability to export the AP out to a PowerPoint or PDF by picking fields. Also, the ability to connect to other Salesforce instances to share plans natively. Lastly - again something that will likely change in the future - there needs to be a license option that is 'ready only' for non-contributing users (i.e., leaders, etc) . Prolifiq out of the box has been a solid tool for us to use here at Postman. However we had to make several changes to really meet our needs as a business. Some of the key areas our team really finds helpful are:

Prolifiq Crush is an outstanding client intelligence/understanding tool! The most effective components for us are the relationship map and new Omni Viewer feature. They make it easy to visualize complex relationships and information. Management and new team members love it! They get up to speed much quicker with a deeper understanding of the client. Prolifiq CRUSH is native to Salesforce, so whatever you're looking to accomplish, you can do! From an admin perspective, this is such a great feature since you don't have to learn an entirely new platform and how it functions, you just need to know how to manage Salesforce. No strong dislikes! If anything, as the Business (non-technical) person in the solutioning it is sometimes difficult to understand what Prolifiq should handle for us vs. what our own Salesforce admins and developers need to handle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Minimum customization to app/page layouts and super easy to set up and get using. My favorite features have got to be the relationship map with influence and the SWOT analysis. Have everything you need on 1 screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Have not run across anything I don't dislike. One annoying thing in the current package is the relationship map groups not "sticky" / remember from last page visit if they were all open, all closed, partially open /closed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
