Participants are usually great. It's easy to set up a new study and validating the study is intuitive. The support team is very helpful and new useful features are added upon request. I recently had my account paused for running an incentive-compatible survey where I sent some participants e-gift cards. "Easy to use platform to collect surveys respondents" 5/5 What do you like best about Prolific? Prolific is a very user-friendly platform to collect respondents for your surveys. I use it very often for my own research project. The quality of the answers is good, and it takes few time to get a high amount of respondents. I really appreciate the many screening options, which are very useful for different types of research projects. The customer support is also good: they answer quickly and solved my issues.
