The payroll side is particularly user-friendly, making it easy to enter client pay rates, candidates, and information, with E-Verification being a plus. The hiring process is simplified by being able to easily view candidate resumes and not having to actively live search for candidates. I like that ProLiant is easy to use from both the admin side and for a normal user. As a user, I'm able to go in and update or change any documentation I might have. Employee workflow could definitely be a lot better from the admin side. It would be great if the operation was smoother, especially when it comes to initiating the packet out to the employee. I like that I can use ProLiant to process payroll, run reports, and clock in. I appreciate that it solves all of my totals for timesheets weekly. I appreciate ProLiant's excellent customer service, especially Caleb Lamb, who is easy to work with and helps us navigate complex issues, either handling them himself or connecting us to the right department. I really like the time importing and the automatic 401k and work comp reporting with each payroll process. The employee access and onboarding integration, which notifies us and allows on-site managers to onboard new employees, are very beneficial.
