My experience with Proliant is that the service offered are fairly easy to use. We have had Account Managers help out tremendously, but our payroll processing is a breeze. If that is all you are using it for, you will love its ease of use and functionality. At the price point offered, it is a very economical choice for basic functionality. They are extremely responsive when I reach out for assistance and happy to explain to me how to do something so that I learn the process for myself. I particularly value its user interface and integration capabilities, especially the integration with Business Central, which are the biggest benefits for me.
