Payroll runs are consistent, reporting is straightforward, and we haven’t had any major issues. Some of the UI elements feel a bit outdated and not as intuitive as they could be, especially when you're trying to train new people on the system. My experience with Proliant is that the service offered are fairly easy to use. We have had Account Managers help out tremendously, but our payroll processing is a breeze. If that is all you are using it for, you will love its ease of use and functionality. At the price point offered, it is a very economical choice for basic functionality. They are extremely responsive when I reach out for assistance and happy to explain to me how to do something so that I learn the process for myself. I have been using ProLiant for payroll purposes for about three years, and I am impressed by its overall functionality. It effectively meets about 80 to 90% of my needs, which is a significant accomplishment. I particularly value its user interface and integration capabilities, especially the integration with Business Central, which are the biggest benefits for me. Additionally, I find ProLiant’s HR functionalities useful, such as the feature that allows conducting job reviews online, adding convenience to my operations.
