What do you like best about Projul?

ProJul is very intuitive with robust capabilities. Based on my extensive research and 30+ years of experience as an entrepreneur and high C-Level performer, this dynamic is very difficult to achieve. Best of all is Projul's world-class customer service. Listening to customer feedback is critical to any successful organization, but executing on the feedback to ensure process improvement and long-term sustainability is the lifeblood of all successful companies. What do you dislike about Projul?

What problems is Projul solving and how is that benefiting you?

First and most importantly is the end-to-end customer solution that ProJul has added to our niche environmental construction firm. The ProJul system allows us to capture the front-end opportunity/lead with rich detail. Next, ProJul's ability to estimate/bid and job-cost track when building out the estimate is highly intuitive, efficient, and simplified. ProJul's back-end abilities are stellar, with evident attention and detail given to closed-loop communication, follow-up, invoicing, payment collection, AR/AP, and many other highly beneficial modules. What do you like best about Projul?

I've personally reviews or demoed over 100 different construction management platforms. Projul covers the most bases while also being extremely easy to use. I literally run my whole 5 person team, subs, and all of our projects from my phone with no back end office staff. It has completely transformed my business and made us so much more profitable. What problems is Projul solving and how is that benefiting you?

My company needed a more effective way of managing leads, writing estimates, converting estimates to paid projects and managing schedules. Projul has helped to streamline all of these processes, which is saving time and money on a daily basis. The integrated signature form removes the need for multiple software programs and has increased the closing ratio while decreasing the amount of time and effort necessary to close the sale. "Projul is an underdog that's poised to take the construction industry by storm!"

What do you like best about Projul?

For being relatively new, they've built an incredible platform to run just about every aspect of a construction business. Based on recent conversations with them, I'm excited to see how much more powerful this software will be a year from now. My favorite feature is being able to build templates for each type of fence we build. These templates can easily be applied to an estimate, and the quantities modified to suit any job. What do you dislike about Projul?

I've shared every minor issue with Projul support, and they've been great about getting feedback to the development team. Where QuickBooks does not allow me to place individual mark-up on materials or labor without it showing on the estimate, Projul allows businesses to create detailed estimates - profitably and adequately - without sharing every bit of information to the client.
