What do you like best about Projectworks?

I love that Projectworks has continually been updating the features available so that we can continue to upgrade our ways of working. We use it to manage all of our projects and record billable hours and the experience has been intuitive. If we do ever need assistance, the support team usually replies within 24 hours! Two thumbs up from us!

What do you dislike about Projectworks?

Sometimes there are too many options and it can be overwhelming

What problems is Projectworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

They are helping us take time away from administrative tasks that can eat up most of our time. The new reporting feature seems to be helpful in this aspect; instead of exporting excel reports and tailoring to the way we need, now we can build a report within the projectworks application.

"Personalised service and great responsiveness to user feedback"

What do you like best about Projectworks?

We switched from our existing practice management software if 11 years to ProjectWorks in late 2021, so naturally there were some processes and options that had changed from how we did things with our previous software, or weren't available at all at first. Zabe and his team were always incredibly responsive to any feedback we had, and worked to fill those gaps wherever possible, through updates to the software on their end - we really felt like the service and the product were completely personalised!

What do you dislike about Projectworks?

It's not as "all-in-one" in terms of CRM as our previous software was, so we had to find other ways of managing that, but overall the streamlined nature of ProjectWorks makes it a lot easier for the everyday user to navigate and we have seen that reflected in the take-up of ProjectWorks by all members of our team.

What problems is Projectworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's much easier to get an at-a-glance overview of how a project is tracking, and the resourcing feature assists with resource forecasting for team leaders and gives individuals an easily referenced heads up as to what projects are coming their way.

What do you like best about Projectworks?

Ease of use, helpfulness of customer service personnel, how everything is in one program instead of spread out over several programs, that it will calculate information for me

What do you dislike about Projectworks?

We have really enjoyed ProjectWorks and, honestly, can't think of anything that doesn't work really well for our small business. We have been very happy with it.

What problems is Projectworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use it as a one-stop-shop for staff time management, project management, invoice production and tracking, leave management, and margin information. We love that it helps us figure out how much we earn per project, how efficient our staff are, and which projects are giving us the highest margin.
