Unparalleled support for any customization, customer service. 2. Easy to use and great analytical tool which is embedded in the software 3. Budget forecasting and future additions if any are easily manageable. 4. Adding of contributors to the project is again great thing. No restriction on that howsoever. **What do you dislike about ProjectTeam.com?** Dislike would primarily be on the lines of a similar tool i used previously which allowed data extraction and procurement analysis also in the tool which is missing in this one. Procurement and PO issues to the different vendors should be an option once approved and should flow there. It is specifically made for construction which is very helpful. It is easy to set up and is cloud based. **What do you dislike about ProjectTeam.com?** THe dashboard feature is sort of limited. Compared to other CRMs like Salesforce it is limited. This is not a huge downfall and you can always export this data into excel or a third party to make the dashboard look better. **What problems is ProjectTeam.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted a crm that was not too costly and could be used by all members on the team. We needed it to be easy enough to use that our porject managers could access it on the road as well as the office. ### 3. Additionally, the tool can be loaded on phone, pc, and tablets. **What do you dislike about ProjectTeam.com?** The user interface isn't exactly the most intuitive all the time. It takes a bit of learning and practicing to get used to where to find different things and how to use the tool to collaborate. **What problems is ProjectTeam.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** ProjectTeam creates a centralized location for the team to share construction documents so it is stored and easily retrieved over the cloud environment. Makes it very portable when going off-site and keeps all the project documents in a single location that is easy to bring up. ### 4. Also, the UI feels bit jarry and the documents upload feature is half baked.
