The best things about the project team software are below: 1. Unparalleled support for any customization, customer service. 2. Easy to use and great analytical tool which is embedded in the software 3. Budget forecasting and future additions if any are easily manageable. 4. Dislike would primarily be on the lines of a similar tool i used previously which allowed data extraction and procurement analysis also in the tool which is missing in this one. Procurement and PO issues to the different vendors should be an option once approved and should flow there. If this feature / module can be built, then it would be great. It lets you securely make forms,design new forms, files, photos, reports, dashboards and other data. It is specifically made for construction which is very helpful. Compared to other CRMs like Salesforce it is limited. This is not a huge downfall and you can always export this data into excel or a third party to make the dashboard look better. The user interface isn't exactly the most intuitive all the time. It takes a bit of learning and practicing to get used to where to find different things and how to use the tool to collaborate.
