What do you like best about ProjectManager?

Being able to communicate back and forth via comments, friendly user interface and the time sheet for tracking purposes. It's great to have the GANTT chart to oversee how the project is going. What do you dislike about ProjectManager?

The calendar lacks the features of the other offerings. It is just like an outlook calendar, which everyone already has. It needs to be more intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ProjectManager?

The tool will allow excellent monitoring of your work and activities in terms of resources to be used and the time taken to start the project proposed by the members of a team within the organization. How most of the tools also allow easy communication between users and has the freedom to download any type of document either: photos, daily reports, signatures, among others. What do you dislike about ProjectManager?

At the time of making a change or modifying a document the update is somewhat delayed and makes it cumbersome, due to this the work process is delayed a bit. It should have a little more capacity, since when loading large documents it costs a bit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fully recommended to any type of organization, whether small, medium or large. since it has primary functions for their growth, since every company needs and deserves to keep track of what resources to use, what time it will take and what problems the project will execute in the future. Through this tool you can measure these three fundamental aspects that allow you to carry out in an efficient and productive way the activities carried out within the organization in a certain period of time. What problems is ProjectManager solving and how is that benefiting you?

The tool was implemented in the organization since it is a fairly complete tool when keeping track of our projects that we wish to carry out within the company. It is a tool that allows to know and measure the time, resources and finances that merit for the execution of a project. Through software we can know how much time team members take to prepare reports in a group or individually. It allows the automatic download of those documents that come in different formats and that facilitates the download in real time so that it can be reviewed by the clients without any inconvenience. "Extra effort for capacity planing"

What do you dislike about ProjectManager?

We have a huge extra effort with the capacity planning. If i set a day in the calender as a holiday or non working day. The tool count and show the hours in the work flow. We do not work on a holiday and we have extra effort to set those hours on 0. We have a lot of Task in a project. If i forget to set the holidays to 0, our capacity planing is wrong. What do you like best about ProjectManager?

The monthly fee is low enough that even a public university can afford to use it, but it is robust enough to help you manage projects across teams in multiple departments as well as external agencies. Reporting is comprehensive but you can't change the format - you have to clean up the report after you run it to make it look the way you want; that is you can't just ask for the data and then format it the way you want, you have to accept a formatted report and then revise it.
