What do you like best about ProjectManager?

Features such as the Gantt Chart and Overview View. But all of this comes at a very high cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProjectManager?

ProjectManager is not competitive, only really caters to larger organizations, not smaller ones. I would recommend you try to match Trello. Trello is used by a variety of IT Industries, and it is our go to everytime. Perhaps consider a free restricted version? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ProjectManager?

The low cost of the service and its great amount of functions to manage the projects make it one of the best options to choose. It contains excellent tools for monitoring projects: Percentage of progress tracking, hours and expenses tracking and Gantt charts available for use. It's great for visualizing tasks in progress, those that will be done soon and those that are already completed, all in the same interface. What do you dislike about ProjectManager?

It does not have important features such as live chats or video chats. The ability to remote assistance is also not available. There are no workflows in the software development cycle, which limits optimal project development. Functions such as moving rows and adjusting dates can be inconvenient for the individual user. Recommendations to others considering ProjectManager:

The platform had a couple of problems uploading documents due to the file sizes and also when attaching files to send them, it would be good if they could fix those details. What problems is ProjectManager solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have been able to make use of project portfolio management for reporting and analysis, project planning, and all aspects of budgeting. It can be used from IT companies to product manufacturers. It has an excellent price if we think about all the functions that ProjectManager has. It has web seminars for better training of the program for all users. It has one of the best Kanban software we have ever tested. What do you dislike about ProjectManager?

What do you like best about ProjectManager?

ProjectManager is a software that has many positive points that make it a safe and effective project management tool. It offers applications that include budgeting, time tracking, task management and document management and reporting. We are talking about a platform which has a complete interface, fast and very easy to handle this account with very easy settings that streamline all the work, has a one-stop shop to download and upload any work you can also create work schedules and milestones that are provided to customers. What do you dislike about ProjectManager?

It is a solid tool but I have also noticed some notable shortcomings in the operation of the application does not have enough fields to customize the platform to your needs, a little automation would not hurt the program, does not have enough customizable templates, is scarce in communication tools despite having some to keep in touch with customers for example can not be carried out video conferencing, customer support is not very good often receive late responses from support people and does not have enough tutorials to clarify doubts. ProjectManager.com is the work management tool that any industry trusts since it is composed of applications that include time tracking, budgeting, reporting and document management, besides this ProjectManager.com has the GANTT diagrams that facilitate automatic updates in its entirety, it is also important to note that this tool has easy integration with other types of software that make the handling of the workflow much easier and effective thus creating a way for each user to create and customize multiple panels. The creation or ease of creation of a processing schedule for each task is the main thing that plays against this tool because it does not have an easy schedule makes it a little difficult to manage information between scheduled dates, this also weakens the allocation of resources over time, but otherwise all its features are fully comprehensive and very effective when running. We started to implement ProjectManager.com because it is the ideal software for long run programs which was a big headache within our company but when we started to implement ProjectManager.com there was a great rise in those functions giving us the availability of time for other types of functions that also presented certain difficulties, however this software not only helped us in a single function but gave us a reinforcement in multiple functions such as real-time communication with customers, a single window to download among other things. Being able to effectively track all projects is difficult if you don't have excellent planning. You can make your workdays a total chaos. With cloud-based PM, everything is at hand, and the best part is that it helps me track the execution time of each project since it features Gantt chart characteristics, which is effective for the entire process. It is easier; it helps me identify the existing relationships between the tasks to be executed, helps me make projections, and modifying due dates is extremely easy.
