What do you like best about ProjectManager?

It has an excellent accounting system capable of calculating the time that a person has used to develop a task that was assigned to him, I like being able to collaborate with all my colleagues in the Finance sector through ProjectManager, I can invite them to my project and add new participants only with the email address they use. I also like obtaining reports very much, they are organized, they separate the information of each sector and count the time worked for each of the activities carried out. Additionally, I love being able to account for the financial expenses that we have in each project, the control of expenses is essential for the correct performance of the activities. What do you dislike about ProjectManager?

There is no way to know which worker is not working or contributing to a Project. ProjectManager only shows the people who are working on activities, but it does not send me alerts when one of my colleagues is not doing their work or giving support in a project, I have to see this manually, ProjectManager does not show it. Recommendations to others considering ProjectManager:

The main recommendation is that they use the Enterprise plan, it is more complete, it has the possibility of exporting reports and they do not have any limit of members for each of the projects that are being developed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ProjectManager solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have control of multiple projects with ProjectManager, we can know the progressive progress that it has been having in real-time, we have been able to control the expenses that we have for each project and thus be able to take care of the capital of our company. What do you like best about ProjectManager?

It is a very good platform with clear instructions to implement it easily, we liked the fact that you can easily invite colleagues with just the email, I also liked the plans it offers that show clear details to see if it is worth it, this software it's great for managing projects and collaborating at the same time, I liked the dashboard because it gives an overview of projects and can be easily shared, we can view and forecast project deliverables and view expenses and resources while monitoring project schedules team members. What do you dislike about ProjectManager?

"Real-time tracking of all assignments."

What do you like best about ProjectManager?

ProjectManager is a fairly correct software when it comes to carrying out all kinds of projects and having extensive monitoring of the tasks and assignments that are carried out every day in a company or labor sector. During my experience with ProjectManager, the things that positively caught my attention were:

1. ProjectManager has an excellent reporting system, a system where you can see the statistics in the separate grid, in addition, you can know exactly the number of elaborated tasks, completed and incompleted tasks on a specific date, you can know exactly the production and the number of tasks that have been developed in a specific sector, it is impressive to be able to access such detailed statistics, in addition, in this section you can see graphs that better explain the behavior of all the members of a sector.

2. It has an excellent timer system capable of correctly measuring how much time a person invests in completing one of the assignments, in addition, within this section the assignments can be dragged and set a time limit for each one, the employees will not be able to complete that allocation after the delivery time has already expired. This feature helps keep accountability intact so assignments are turned in on time.

3. Obtaining reports is one of the most perfect things about ProjectManager since the reports can be obtained in PDF o Excel document, this helps the information obtained from the reports to be ordered in various ways so that we can analyze and understand much more easily, I love this way of obtaining reports, I have never seen a system like this before.

4. The task system and the notification system are things that go hand in hand with this software and they have a key function so that you can have a complete experience. Tasks can be closely monitored, it is possible to know how many people are participating in a task in real-time, in addition, instant notifications are received when a task has already been completed. What do you dislike about ProjectManager?

To be honest, I have not had any problems using the ProjectManager service, I have had a very positive experience which has helped us achieve our goals and complete projects in less time, I'm very happy to be using ProjectManager and to be able to use of a versatile system to control tasks, projects and have timers in one place, it is really impressive the number of various benefits that you can have in one place. I have no complaints about ProjectManager and I hope this continues, the software is doing its job very well and has delivered results that exceeded our expectations. What problems is ProjectManager solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main benefit that we have obtained in our company and especially in our Marketing sector is that our campaigns have had a much more positive impact on customers. ProjectManager has helped us to have complete planning in our marketing system, we can start planning the campaigns, adding assignments to some of our colleagues so that they are gradually building the campaigns and we can also follow up with the employees who have not collaborated yet in the marketing of our company. In our Real Estate company, we must have perfect planning so that the properties have a very successful sale and that the advertising reaches the appropriate clients. In our Marketing sector, the use of this software is very important, we can have complete monitoring of the participation that our employees are having in the construction of the campaigns until a campaign has already been completed, all this process has helped us to simplify it and we are very grateful for that, we will continue to use it. What do you like best about ProjectManager?

It is an easy-to-use product that does not require training for its use, everything is very easy to use, I like being able to collaborate with my work team virtually, it can be accessed from anywhere and observe the tasks projected on the board, it is very intuitive and complete, I liked being able to integrate it with another tool and carry out a good organization of the projects. I like ProjectManager because it has the ability to easily manage projects and collaborate effectively, it's easy to use and understand, I like that the reports are real-time and it integrates easily with Excel, its great to be able to monitor and share different projects with the team, we love this online technology. What do you like best about ProjectManager?

It is a good software very easy to use with a friendly user interface, I like that it is customizable, its interface has many themes so that it can be adapted to users, I like being able to monitor projects and it offers integration with other third-party tools.
