**What do you like best about ProjectLocker?**

It was a great platform until April 2023, when I lost all contact. I can't say I had any real issues with their service since I started with them in 2011. 

Good hosting functionality of Trac & subversion.

**What do you dislike about ProjectLocker?**

Lost contact with them since April 2023. 

Contractually I need to deliver backups to my customers on a yearly basis and have not been able to get them in over a year.

I have sent many emails to them without any response! I have to say they are a defunct company and you should not go with this service at all!!!

I have requested Backups monthly since last year and nothing!

**What problems is ProjectLocker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

they were solving the the CRM functions around code development for customers. Hosted Trac solution was very good.
