ProjectLead is project management for agencies and small businesses that work for clients. Split each project into dated stages with tasks, subtasks, milestones and dependencies, and view them as a list, kanban board, Gantt chart or calendar. Log time with a timer or a weekly timesheet, set rates and budgets, and see workload per person and reports on hours, cost and margin. Clients follow their project on a secret-link page and get email updates on demand or on a schedule. Requests arrive from a public form, a booking page or your mailbox (Gmail, Microsoft 365, IMAP). Each month, one draft invoice per project is prepared in InvoiceLead, and deals won in CRMlead become projects. The AI Assistant answers questions about your data and prepares changes you confirm in one click. Five interface languages, iOS and Android apps, REST API. Free plan for 3 ongoing projects; Pro €19 and Pro+ €39 per month excl. VAT.
