ProjectAire is construction project management software built for regional general contractors running $2M–$70M jobs. It keeps every job moving from the first RFI to final closeout, with punch lists, RFIs, submittals, daily reports, plans and the owner handover all on one record. Most tools help you manage the job. ProjectAire also helps you finish it. The last 10% of a job often takes 30% of the time, because the record is scattered. In ProjectAire: - Punch lists are tracked by room, trade and manager, with photo-verified completion. - RFIs and submittals move on a tracked ball-in-court, so nothing dies in email. - Plan sets split into numbered sheets with the current version always on top. - A three-week look-ahead is built from the work your team already tracks. When the job closes, the closeout package is already built. The Owner's Manual, warranties, O&M manuals and as-builts transfer live into the owner's account, with no binder to export and nothing to re-upload. ProjectAire works on the phone as well as the office desktop, includes Airen (an AI assistant that reads and updates your project data), and publishes every price on its website. There's no sales call and no long-term contract, and plans include unlimited users.
