ProjectVue gives PMOs cross-project portfolio visibility without the per-seat pricing or multi-month rollout that come with enterprise PPM tools. Portfolio rollup, intake prioritization, resource capacity, RAID logs, and Gantt-based execution are built in from Free through Business tier. For regulated industries, the Validation tier adds GAMP 5 lifecycle templates (2022 second edition), 21 CFR Part 11 audit trails, and electronic signature workflows — compliance built into the product, not layered on through a partner engagement. Pricing is public and flat per organization — adding team members doesn't change the bill. Built by a project manager with 15 years in healthcare IT delivery who ran into this exact gap.
