Record the meeting details, attendees present and absent with company and role, and the standard sections - project progress, open issues, commercial and payment matters, safety notes and other business - which you can rename, reorder or extend. Action items get a task, responsible party, deadline and a red, yellow or green status, are flagged when overdue, and carry an ID such as M03-02 that stays with them from meeting to meeting. Copy as Next Meeting prepares the following meeting with the same people and sections and carries over every unfinished action, and the Open Actions view shows the latest status of every action across a project. Export formal PDF minutes with signature lines in English, Spanish or bilingual form, and action-item CSV files for Excel trackers. English and Spanish interface, light and dark mode. No voice transcription or AI summaries. Nothing to install: it runs in your browser on Windows or Mac, and data stays on your own computer.
