This is by far the easiest project management tool I"ve bought so far. It's pretty easy to set up and there are a lot of templates to choose from. I was able to create a lead-tracking system quickly. My favorite part is that I can invite clients to a project and they can see exactly where we are at on their project. It eliminates so much of the back and forth. It would be nice if I could find an easier way to create task templates. As of right now, the only way I see to do that is by creating and then duplicating a task. The issue with that is then it shows up in your "to-dos". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
