"Straightforward Client Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Project.co?

The biggest asset of Project.co is its simple to understand nature. I use the tool for managing client projects and involving clients in the process. I've tried a number of other tools in the past, and the issue is the normally the learning curve. Clients will push back at any learning curve, so having a portal which is clean and straightforward is essential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Project.co?

The flip side is that there are times you need complexity for work effectively. Project.co handles this primarily through embedding other tools. This works most of the time, but it requires additional subscriptions and not al other tools allow external embedding. For a long time the tool was English only which was a big issue, but I recently received an email saying a handful of other languages were added! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Project.co?

Firstly, I love the UI and UX.

The inbuilt tools that allow client and team communications

Note Taking,

Task Lists

And a game changer was being able to take payments with Stripe Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Project.co?

I might have some issues with storage but if I am busy then I can afford the upgrades.

As a small business I use gmail as my CRM and I would like to maybe tranfer leads over to Project.co in a more seamless way.

But I know I can do that easliy with Goolge Sheets but I like the fact that I can propose ideas to their designers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great tool for freelance and easygoing teams!"
4/5
What do you like best about Project.co?

Simple, simple and quick. Way to manage projects is very easy because you have few right options to manage normal projects and task without many subtask or complicated structure as many of other solutions. The way to add notes, bullet points, task points, embed external resource, add task from a note etc is very powerful. Also the price is very competitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Project.co?

There is no app right now even if the mobile version is kind of a web app and is enough to add and manage content, of course no notifications from it. Need availability to add custom tools in some module but they are still in progress and updating the platform. Very smart project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Complete, intuitive, and powerful"
5/5
What do you like best about Project.co?

I loved project.co!

I was already impressed by the description because of all the features it has.

Trying it out only confirmed what Matt clearly shows in the videos: it is a super complete, intuitive, and powerful platform.

I have already started using it with my team and my clients. I love that it has different levels of access and privacy and offers multiple functions that allow you to carry out even the smallest details of a project, in addition to smooth communication with clients and collaborators.

P.S.: Matt's explanatory videos about each function of project.co make everything much easier! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Project.co?

Nothing! So far all the features I have used have worked perfectly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A very customizable tools for any business process"
4/5
What do you like best about Project.co?

We love the structure and software logic. It aligns with any of our department needs on monitoring any business process. Also the super powerful (and unlimited) custom field makes it easy and very customizable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Project.co?

Streched custom field feature can leads to buggy interface. I need to refresh and click another time everytime i change or move the task. Also the push notification and API are not available right now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Finally a client's dashboard that is simple and easy to navigate"
5/5
What do you like best about Project.co?

I have been struggling to find a project management tool with a simple and easy-to-use UI/UX. I tried apps like Assana, Monday, Trello and many more only to get calls or emails from clients saying it's overwhelming and asking me to keep them updated by email. So I decided to move forward with Project.co. I showed it to some of my clients and asked them for feedback. They said it's "Simple and easy to navigate" - music to my UX Design ears. I already started the complete migration to Project.co and the setup process was very smooth: Custom domains/email setup and branding. I had a little problem with permissions and the support team fixed it right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Project.co?

It's a great tool overall but I miss the automated tracking feature (time tracking) for each task instead of inputting the time manually. But they are working on it. Also, I use Google Drive a lot but the Integration is already planned on their Roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Project Management Tool"
4/5
What do you like best about Project.co?

I like the flexibility the tool offers. We are trying to centralize different needs into one platform to be more efficient and serve our clients better. So far it seems that Project.co can help is get there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Project.co?

I find creating tasks a bit complex. From a UX perspective, I think that some steps can be removed so that we can create tasks faster without duplicating steps. For instance, in bulk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Tool For Completing Projects"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Project.co?

I recently had the pleasure of using [Project.co](http://Project.co) for a project I and others worked on with a few coworkers and clients. Signing up and getting on board was straightforward. The best features of this tool are the project chat, custom fields, and task filters for determining completed/incomplete tasks. Also, like how Project.com sends out reminders for overdue tasks. The design is also very clean and uncluttered, and the developer provides excellent support. Overall, I highly recommend [Project.co](http://Project.co) for projects involving multiple people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Project.co?

Would like to manually move tasks around in the category filter view. Also would like to schedule chats (reminders) to go out every week or every month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Additionally, the tool has a wide range of features that make it easy to manage tasks, track progress, and collaborate with team members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One thing that would be nice is the ability to create & manage subscriptions for services offered to clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
