I am not sure if I have encountered any downsides yet. Things that might improve over time is:

-Adjusting task status without having to open up the task. (Can't seem to do that now)

I would like to start with support. Matt has been extremely helpful and very responsive. I am now using the newly redesigned version. It simplifies the project management process. The dashboard shows you what you need to know, variety of views and google doc imbed are cool. Simple and easy to use. The workflow is straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was never a big fan of project management tools, but Project.co definitely changed my mind! I found it to be a simpler and more streamlined approach as opposed to traditional project management tools - plus, it was so easy to use! I had no trouble setting up a project and getting to work. Adding tasks and organizing my work was a breeze. I was quite surprised at how quickly I fell in love with this tool. My clients love it too! Functional and not too confusing, suitable for the needs of small businesses with friendly UX/UI. In addition, it must be said that the price to maintain a group of about 5-10 people is too reasonable. The policy of allowing freelancers to be added to the workgroup is also very generous.
