What do you like best about ProID Workforce Identity?

We started using ProID six months ago to protect user accounts and internal systems.

We wanted to replace the weak username-password login with multi-factor authentication. ProID works quite reliably. We use mobile phone and smart cards for login. In addition to MFA tools, we implemented add-on modules for certificate lifecycle management and PKI infrastructure.

The PKI has a two-layer hierarchy with a root certificate authority for cryptographic key management. Everything works perfectly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProID Workforce Identity?

Some colleagues did not have laptops with a slot for a smart card and did not want to use external readers. Fortunately, ProID has other tools for MFA authentication. We chose the mobile phone method and everything is OK. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
