What problems is Progress Sitefinity solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sitefinity to build complex websites, usually with protected (member only) content, elaborate search features, and user-friendly designs. Sitefinity lets our developers work effectively and our client editors manage their content smoothly.
Sitefinity has a robust permissions feature that lets editors restrict content to users having certain roles. This applies to both the back-end editor experience and the front-end access experience. It applies to all types of content - pages or groups of pages, post-type content like news or blogs, and documents like PDFs.
The makers of Sitefinity have introduced in recent years enhancements to the personalization features so that editors can personalize the experience of their visitors based on a variety of factors.
The ability to manage and organize document assets like PDFs in different document libraries is a particular strength of Sitefinity over other popular CMS's like WordPress.
The drag-and-drop page editor experience can't be beat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
