Honestly, out of all the CRM programs that I have ever used in a workspace, this one has to be my favorite. I personally do not customize it to our company's needs for efficacy, however, we have an amazing team member who assists with this. Months after months, there is always a new idea we have to make it more user-friendly for our team. It's very customizable, and the more we tweak it, the more we like it. Citrix is a multi-purpose tool, we can use as Project Management tool,PIM ,Hooks and we can make backend systems to keep the data. But I like Citrix podio for Project management because it has the flexibility of creating the Apps for sprints,slices and we can assign Task against slices/sprints.
