Having different workspaces and spaces within those workspaces are convenient. They do have a good number of options to set up the views as well. **What do you dislike about Progress Podio?** You may need to get creative to configure what you need. Not a lot of personalization, and data exporting is limited. Permissions can also get confusing when using multiple workspaces. **What problems is Progress Podio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Interacting with multiple internal teams, and having a place to store everything. Citrix refuses to offer a BAA for HIPAA compliance. Timestamps can sometimes be hours off, due in part I think to servers being located overseas. Mobile app lacking features, problems encountered getting data to take. I love that we're able to link it with Zapiers, so it adds appts to our calendars and pulls info from other places automatically. **What do you dislike about Progress Podio?** The only beef I've ever had with Podio is that you have to be precise when you're clicking into areas on Property Leads - it's not as sensitive as I'd like, so it misses my clicks, and I end up clicking over and over again. **What problems is Progress Podio solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can customize fields, so literally, everything we may ever need information-wise is in there, and if there's not a space for it - we make one. However, I wouldn't use this product for project management or human resources. It is best used for customer contacts, details, and essential team collaboration. It is a customer tracking tool that documents changes well, allows users to make comments, and reflects status changes on accounts. The cold call sales team will benefit the most from this style of tool. **What do you dislike about Progress Podio?** The user interface is still a bit rigid and does not allow for color, font, or size customization. The dashboard view allows you to filter and pull data from your widgets and data lists, but the calculated fields are very limited with quantitative data selections ranging from time, cost, and quantity. Unless you are using this for a very specific list of data, it will be difficult to mold it to your organizations needs.
