**What do you like best about Progress Podio?**

Podio is a great way to manage groups on your team of real estate information. The administrator give rights that are pertinent to the specific team member. There are boxes to write a narrative of information that is collected and information on comments about the particular client(s).

**What do you dislike about Progress Podio?**

Podio has a lot of capabilities like many information management systems. Either I missed it, or I did not see a simple way to look up tutorials on the many features it provides. I am a hands-on learner and was fortunate enough to have a human trainer. You can also lookup tutorials on YouTube. Some of it is intuitive, so button clickers like me teach myself by exploring.

**Recommendations to others considering Progress Podio:**

Make sure training of users is done well before implemenation and ongoing training.

**What problems is Progress Podio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well, the record-keeping of information allows users to have an electronic record of communication that was done with clients. This is very helpful for saving on printing costs. Benefits include: cloud storage, the ability to save phone numbers and emails of clients, and highlighted client names for good visual size.

**What do you like best about Progress Podio?**

The ease of it. You design it. It's relatively simple. You can also edit it at any time. It has options for button clicks or drop-down menus. It keeps everything organized and is available on mobile. It's simply the best you can get.

**What do you dislike about Progress Podio?**

That it doesn't have themes, you can't change the colors or do very much "fun" stuff, but it does what's supposed to, so color options are just me being nitpicky.

The themes would be excellent.

**What do you like best about Progress Podio?**

Citrix podio, is one if the best software I came across for accomplishing my projects. It is most reliable tool, that will never left anyone behind or skip and important event. Through this tool since now I have managed couple of projects that were diverse in nature and did not face any issue regarding the bulk data, its organization and even out the deadlines. This is a quality built tool, that has derived me more towards extracting the real time information about the projects so that I can better update my customers.

**What do you dislike about Progress Podio?**

No doubt it provides integrations but I think it is limited to it, it must be associated widely with other tools so that data transfer becomes easier. Further they provide no option about the private message and online chatting, they offer the commenting options and that just act as sticky note.

**Recommendations to others considering Progress Podio:**

Citrix Podio is much cost saving tool and available in various plans, thus makes its availability to both large and small organizations. Further you can manage your educational, sales, marketing and other construction projects, so I will say it is built for the projects not any particular business.

Due to its implementation not only my project department has been uplifted but also it has positively affected the customer relations because Citrix has enabled us to provide quality services in time. I am totally in its spell.

Podio is very flexible in allowing you to customize the fields you need and in mapping different tables (apps) together via relationships. There are thousands of apps already made, or you can design from scratch.

**What do you dislike about Progress Podio?**

As with most small priced CRMs, the reporting is minimal. Our firm is still relatively new to Podio (2 months), but it appears I will have to export the data and message in excel/access to get the robust reporting I want. There may be a way to do it through Globiflow, but I havent got there yet.

**Recommendations to others considering Progress Podio:**

Think thru your relationships among apps. We used a consultant (referred trough Podio) to help us map everything out in advance.

**What problems is Progress Podio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were using ACT, which was working well as far as simplictity. With Podio, I can now import all my data in before doing direct mail campaigns so the data is available when respondents call in. Obviouly, the system helps us manage and track all incoming leads, and schedule appointments.

Citrix Podio has many tools to manage projects and social collaboration that facilitates communication between teams plus all its functions are centralized in a single point. Citrix Podio's customized and optimized mobile apps are a really amazing tool and has an extremely high performance, its functions to manage tasks and project portfolios are fantastic and help us to have a better workflow as all its functions are automated to conclude the costs of its plans both Premium and Enterprise is reasonably priced

We project the learning curve of this software very steep as it has many functions that has a high degree of customization, it lacks some primary tools such as time tracking widget and resource management, with the free account is not much you can do, the interface is very basic should take into account this problem as it is one of the first details that the user sees

I recommend Citrix Podio because it has a complete platform that has all its functions in a single point and has mobile applications that have a great capacity, the costs of its plans both Premium and Enterprise are not so expensive compared to other software, it is a great tool to manage tasks and manage relationships as many of its tools are very simple to use

We use Citrix Podio as a tool to create custom applications to suit our clients needs, equally it has been a great solution to improve our workflow through its many features to manage projects such as Gantt charts, portfolio management and time and expense tracking also as a CRM application it has been one of our main tools due to the great capability it has to manage customer relationships

The site is extremely versatile, enabling you to perform many different things in this software program. The main purpose of ours would be to make use of this as an offering hub, so that many of the industries of ours can see who bidded what work. After this was made, we could send out updates from Citrix Podio after a while to record the outcome of the offer. When the task have been given, the project managers, task supervisors as well as the related details are going to send e mails to our purchasing division.

It helps keep track of the workflow and can be customized to fit your needs. The interface is easy to learn and use. I liked that I could keep track of all my tasks, update team members on progress, tag or leave comments when something needed attention. It made communication between various stakeholders smooth and efficient.

It worked well for my team, nothing I can think of that I disliked. I haven't used any other project management software so can't compare.

Podio definitely did its job, but for our purposes, there are definitely other tools that can do that job better. It really depends on your use case.

**What do you dislike about Progress Podio?**

Podio is not the easiest or most intuitive tool to use, especially compared to other tools out there that can have similar features, depending on your use case. We've started to leverage Asana and it works better for our project management needs with the same functionality that we received from Podio, but an easier to use and cleaner interface.

**Recommendations to others considering Progress Podio:**

Podio does its just for Project Management but other tools like Asana are more intuitive and easy to use across different teams that submit requests and work in the tool. Depending on your use case, there might be better options out there for you.

We solved several project management issues using the forms to submit and track incoming requests and assign them to others.

The thing I like the most is the user interface. It's very friendly, less cluttered, complex, and easy to use than other CRM software available in the market.

It's not that easy to customize for your needs, especially if your needs are complex and you have a large and diverse user base.

My client uses it both as a CRM tool and as a project management tool. The benefits to me are that it's straightforward to learn and use. Also pretty cheap compared to other CRM softwares.

**What do you like best about Progress Podio?**

Mainly I use Podio because it is a tool for order and organization, it helps me to manage my work and projects, thanks to the calendar the planning is done in a precise and detailed way. It has a great capacity for configuration and customization, it is possible to adapt everything as I need, in this way I am in charge of maintaining control over everything I need to do, bring greater order to my work and fulfill my tasks and projects as required my work. Chat and messaging are just what my team needs, in this way we unite our work and carry out projects collaboratively. It automate all work by greatly improving the flow of the entire system.

**What do you dislike about Progress Podio?**

When starting to use Podio we thought it would be much easier, however, the learning curve made it difficult to get our work working, starting to configure took us time and a good understanding of the system, however, once the work was mastered everything was perfect.

I recommend it because it is a necessary tool to follow a smooth and efficient work management. Test it.

Controlling the completion of each project and correctly planning each task, but maintaining a team in constant collaboration was really difficult, but thanks to Podio we plan each task precisely, follow up on each route to achieve our commercial projects, and end with great results in increasing our ROI. Everything in a very participative way and in collaboration with each colleague in my work team, makes the work easier and more efficient.

It is one of the most effective platforms that provide efficient services for managing projects. I really appreciate its services and performance. One of the main features is that its interface is very elegant and simple to understand, which makes it user friendly application. It keeps us up to date about our certain projects and informs us about the amount of time spent, on the particular project, thus enabling us to create more effective planning report.

Since I have been using this tool it is working perfectly. Honestly what I all have to say in dislikes it is an excellent platform. My entire department is satisfied and happy with its services. There is nothing to say negative.

It has made our work easier. Now we can collaborate in great ways. It is a user friendly tool. We are capable of bringing our team together at one platform and through its wide range of integrations; we can easily share the files across various platforms. We mostly break down our tasks in to various goals and assign them to team members, and through this application, we have a know how about which member has completed the particulars task and which is still in progress, this also gives an us an option to manage our time.

It was Our CRM, our Project management tool all the way to facilities and ordering system.  The platform can grow as large as you'd like, and that's just one of the benefits of it.

The Notifications where out of control. If you use this to run a whole company, you would be notified if someone was out for lunch, or had to go on a bathroom break.  It was a bit hard to organize and became overwhelming.  I wouldn't recommend using the notifications for everything.

There is a learning curve in order to maximize the use of this software. Being able to link all the relevant information in complex projects, set up reminders, etc. can be challenging. However, once that is mastered, the depth of detail available in this app is unsurpassed.

**What problems is Progress Podio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use this to mange events such as our annual conference, as well as to manage and track articles for publications in multiple media formats. We also track and manage the services used by members of our association. Because the staff all work remotely, and a variety of people are involved in providing service, this platform allows us to assign responsibility, track status, completion of responsibilities, and improve our on-time delivery of service.

**What do you like best about Progress Podio?**

Podio is a pretty robust project management software, at least when it comes to creative and marketing needs. I like the ability to link projects, workspaces, and tasks, and it's easy to gather all the info I need in one place.

**What do you dislike about Progress Podio?**

Honestly, this is an ugly interface. It's very outdated, and there are certain customizations and tasks that you'd hope would be more intuitive than they are. For example, in my content planner, I can't attach two different labels within the same category to a given piece of content. When I assign one task to two people, it automatically creates a duplicate and assigns one task to one person and another to the other person.

**What problems is Progress Podio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our marketing and design teams use Podio as a centralized way of tracking projects and tasks. It's really helpful for keeping progress updates, feedback, and documents all gathered together.
