On the surface, it looks like a project collaboration tool, but actually it is a toolset to build solutions to manage every digital aspect of your business from one integrated cloud platform. **What do you dislike about Progress Podio?** Podio's flexibility is also its greatest pitfall. Podio Workflow Automation is a powerful no-code/low-code tool that resolves the usual tension of not having enough developer resources to get the system to do what need it to do. **What do you dislike about Progress Podio?** The current form structure is solid but inflexible since it only allows one field per row; therefore the layout becomes very long whenever there are more than 15 - 20 fields. It is also extremely intuitive and beginner friendly. **What do you dislike about Progress Podio?** Hard to find things i dislike about Podio to be completely honest. There are times when using the mobile app when the size of the screen conflicts with the text of some buttons in certain forms. (cuts the words short) but this isnt a problem with the browser version. **What problems is Progress Podio solving and how is that benefiting you?** The commenting function alone helps in expediting the sharing of needed information with the necessary parties without having to chase the information or persons back down at a later time. its all just right there, easily accessible by anyone who needs it. ### 29. My job requires that I provide a high level of communication and follow up with our clients. There's no way I can remember everything, so I create tasks to remember to follow up by a certain day or time. Months after months, there is always a new idea we have to make it more user-friendly for our team. It's very customizable, and the more we tweak it, the more we like it. I use it across teams for projects, and it is an easy way to delegate tasks and also allows you to upload documents and files to tasks or entries so others can easily access it without the need to email back and forth. I prefer it to Basecamp, another task manager, because of Podio's ability to store files for later use. It is practically a database manager. **What do you dislike about Progress Podio?** Its ease of use is mainly based on how you set up the program for your workspaces, so getting it off the ground might be difficult if you are not savvy with program coordination and system management. But, when you set it up nicely for your specific needs with the appropriate workspaces and tabs, it makes your work exponentially easier to manage. **What problems is Progress Podio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Many of my projects are long-term and ongoing, so Podio assists me well by storing work and completed phases of the project for me to reference.
