Podio would be improved by showing pending requests, a step less than the full assignment of a task. For example, you may ask a question in a item chat. This is something minor but in the future I would like to see Podio allow for different color schemes so that workspaces can be better differentiated. There are a lot of options and ways to configure based on what you need. Having different workspaces and spaces within those workspaces are convenient. They do have a good number of options to set up the views as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Last update was primarily window dressing and did not address the need for a more "organizable" workspace menu. Citrix refuses to offer a BAA for HIPAA compliance. Timestamps can sometimes be hours off, due in part I think to servers being located overseas. Mobile app lacking features, problems encountered getting data to take.
