It was being used for all our daily activities. - We can create custom apps using their simple drag-and-drop UI. - Include complex calculations and relations between different apps. - Organize the whole ecosystem around these apps and workspaces. This can be achieved by using Podio automation or advanced workflow automation. - Its price is very competitive. - Customer support is very helpful and available 24/7. What do you dislike about Progress Podio? - It can take some time to learn and understand its implementation. - Basic Podio is simple enough, but if you want to use it for automation between different apps with relationships, it can become a bit complex to configure and understand. - The product is missing new features. Compared to how its competitors are growing, Podio is not investing the same in innovation or research and development. - It can support more integration with external systems. Let me start by pointing about how efficient it was for us when we switched from google sheet , truely game changer . The change in amount of time taken while managing tasks , assignment , tracking is quite noticeable. We could easily configure the automation process according to our need and the customer support is quite responsive and helped us sorting problem in integrating a particular app. overall in terms of value for money its a great choice uptil used softwares. Our clients need us to manage projects related to managing inventories and complex datas which we find very easy to do with podio , before that we were using excel sheet and google docs for managing tasks which was very limited but podio really solved our problems . The customer support i find it to be really helpful and responsive a high five for that and the automation features can be customized according to my need is very impressive .Totally fits in our budget , has a little bit of leaning curve if you are new to this but result is amazing so totally worth it . Our companies work around database management and automation for our clients , after using podio we find it easy to use after a small learning curve . It helped us in task management and cheers to the cloud based tech we can access it from any browser which is totally awesome thing .
