The interactive GUI makes administration and use very simple and intuitive. The ability to allow users to review and monitor their group's jobs is extremely useful. It places some of the admin responsibilities back on users and gives them empowerment. The ease of setting up new transfers has streamlined our business processes and removes a bottleneck in new implementations. All the features of the SFTP, Gateway, and Automation tools has been a tremendous benefit to our organization. **What do you dislike about Progress MOVEit?** I have not come across anything that I do not like about the MOVEit platform. Of course there is a greater cost component than more rudimentary methods of scripting and file processing, but you get what you pay for. This product is well worth the cost. **What problems is Progress MOVEit solving and how is that benefiting you?** MOVEit has streamlined the creation and monitoring of file transfer activities throughout our organization. The recent update that allowed us to connect to our Office 365 Sharepoint was a game changer. The reliability of the solution has changed our file transfer options from requiring a lot of additional administrative overhead to one that is more of a background operation that is trustworthy and reliable. **What do you dislike about Progress MOVEit?** VPN gateway connection is a bit archaic in its implementation. We have had to develop a few alternative methods to ensure that the tunnel is up and running reliably. Our users are very happy, and that is what matter most. We are happy with the security of the software and the ease of use. With the plugins and API available we have been able to customize some of our business processes making it much easier to share files with customers, vendors, etc. **What do you dislike about Progress MOVEit?** The only issues that we have had over the years was with retrieving log information from the system.
